A heated Pilates class, set to a live DJ, followed by a post-class moment to reset and connect.

In Good Wellness is partnering across the DMV to bring Pilates into different spaces — and this stop brings us into Pure Fire Yoga, where the room is heated to 95+ degrees.

Expect a steady, challenging flow you can move through at your own pace. Options are layered, so whether you’re new or experienced, you’ll find your way into it.

After class, we’ll come down together with prosecco and bagel bites.

Come solo or come with someone — both feel right here.

The Core + Glute Edit is a 55-minute class using the Pilates ball to challenge your stability, activate your glutes, and build strength.
