FAQs

  • What is a Wellness Concierge Service?

A turnkey model that brings curated wellness experiences, movement, mindfulness, therapy access, and more, directly to your community, delivered on-site or virtually.

  • What’s the process for starting a residential or corporate partnership?

We begin with a brief intake form to understand your goals, space, and audience. From there, we typically launch with a short-term activation or pop-up to introduce programming and assess engagement. Based on feedback and participation, we refine and scale into a recurring schedule or full-service concierge plan tailored to your community or team.

  • Can the wellness program be customized for our residents or employees?

Yes. Every partnership is built around the unique needs of your community or team. For residential properties, we tailor programming to resident demographics, amenity space, and engagement goals. For corporate teams, we align sessions with your workplace culture, schedule, and wellbeing priorities. Whether it’s weekly movement, mental health pathways, or pop-up activations, we design experiences that truly fit.

  • Is there a minimum commitment required to begin a partnership?

There is no formal commitment required to get started. We typically begin with a short-term activation or pilot to introduce programming and assess engagement. However, we approach wellness as a long-term investment. Consistent programming, especially in residential and corporate environments, is essential for building trust, encouraging participation, and creating meaningful outcomes. Sustainable cadence leads to stronger engagement and a more lasting impact.

  • What does In Good Wellness manage once a residential or corporate partnership begins?

Once a partnership is in place, we handle all aspects of implementation and ongoing delivery—including expert instructor staffing, scheduling, branded communications, marketing support, attendance tracking, and feedback collection. Our goal is to make wellness seamless for you and impactful for your community or team.

  • What factors influence pricing for partnerships or private services?

Pricing is determined by several factors, including the size of your community or team, the frequency of sessions, and the range of services included. Private Pilates sessions are offered at accessible rates, while residential and corporate concierge programs are fully customized and priced based on a tailored proposal.

  • How do I book a private Pilates session?

You can book a private session directly through our website. If you're unsure which offering is right for you, we’re happy to help you choose.

  • Is Pilates your only offering?

No. Pilates is where we began, but our concierge services span a full spectrum of wellness: fitness, meditation, mental health access, nutrition and custom programming.

  • Is it safe for me to take private Pilates sessions if I have an injury or health concern?

We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting any new movement practice, especially if you have an injury, health condition, or concern. Our sessions are designed for general wellness and education, and are not a substitute for medical care. By participating, you acknowledge responsibility for your own safety and wellbeing.

  • Do you offer sliding-scale private Pilates sessions for those with financial need?

Yes. The Roots Session is our once-a-week, sliding-scale offering designed to support individuals navigating financial limitations. Spots are limited and rotate monthly to ensure access for different clients. It’s our way of keeping wellness grounded in equity, care, and community.

  • Are your private Pilates sessions eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement?

In some cases, yes. Services like Pilates for injury prevention, rehabilitation, or stress management may be eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement when accompanied by a Letter of Medical Necessity from your healthcare provider.

We’re happy to provide itemized invoices to support your claim, though reimbursement is ultimately subject to approval by your HSA/FSA provider.
